Camden Station
Camden Town Station is a spectacular new transport interchange and mixed-use building, which provides 80,000 square feet of office space, 72 new residential apartments, retail space and a new church. The design addresses the current problems of overcrowding and congestion and creates a striking urban centre in the heart of the internationally renowned Camden Market. A new pedestrian street at ground level with a new indoor market provides excellent links to the surrounding market and creates a welcoming internal environment. The design creates improved accessibility and improved links to other modes of transport including bus stops, taxi ranks and the proposed Cross River Tram system.
