Our very own talented Part 1s Anna, Raluca, Charity and Charlie were recently shortlisted in Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust's competition to design the Mile 18 marker for the 2019 Virgin Money London Marathon. Pictured here, their 'Find your Voice'-shortlisted entry embodies the concept of using your voice against social injustice through a series of brightly coloured connecting pipes with attached horns.
Entrants were asked to create a design that celebrates the life and legacy of Stephen Lawrence, with the marathon taking place on Sunday 28th April, shortly after the first national Stephen Lawrence Day on Monday 22nd April. Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust's Chief Executive, Sonia Watson, will be running the marathon this year. Sponsor her efforts on her fundraising page here.
