We can't wait to see the 'Jestico + Whiles' inspired dish that our architects Lea Grange and Alex Luria have created for the Archichef London 'Archichef Night' taking place on Weds 27th of March at the Restaurant Osteria at The Barbican.
The event will host architects who will become 'chefs for one night' from 5 different practices (including Adjaye Associates and Benoy amongst others..). Each practice will prepare one course from the five-course menu and ours is the main course. The 'archichefs' introduce their 'architectural-culinary' projects developed with the support of Head Chef at Osteria Clifton D'souza. The audience will vote for the best dish on the night, good luck Alex and Lea!
