Some of the biggest names in architecture swapped their pens for icing sugar to take part in the Great Architectural Bake Off as part of this year’s London Festival of Architecture.
Jestico + Whiles built EMBT’s Santa 'Cakerina' Market in Barcelona, and were crowned joint champions with Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners in the competition to build edible versions of famous buildings.
Judges included Wallpaper* editor-at-large Henrietta Thompson, director of LFA Tamsie Thomson and Bompas & Parr co-founder Sam Bompas.
