As part of the NLA's NextGen programme, a speed mentoring session was held, bringing together the built environment’s next generation of talent with more established professionals for a night of encouragement and inspiration, creating an opportunity to discuss a particular challenge or seek career advice. Director Heinz Richardson was one of a group of professionals who brought a wide range of experience and could offer the mentees expert guidance.
