We're absolutely delighted to have received the Building Award in "Housing of the Year" category for our scheme The Pavilions, 351 Caledonian Road.
This development provides 156 affordable, sustainable homes within a nature conservation area, regenerating a challenging railway site on the edge of the King's Cross masterplan.
We developed an exemplary design solution overcoming significant structural and planning challenges, and we are pleased that the project has been recognised with a Building Award win.
