We’re absolutely delighted to have received a Housing Design Award for our scheme The Pavilions, 351 Caledonian Road. Our scheme is an innovative development of a derelict railway embankment site; constrained by HS1 and Thames Water infrastructure running below the site, overground railway infrastructure running parallel to it, with steep slopes and a SINC designation.
We developed an exemplary design solution overcoming significant structural and planning challenges and we are really pleased that the project has been recognised with a Housing Design Award win.
