High-quality front end design skills are essential and production information, SketchUp and Revit experience are an advantage. Candidates must have a degree at 2:1 or higher, and be completely fluent in both written and spoken English.
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to work on a range of exciting new projects in our hospitality & interiors studio. A minimum five years’ experience in hotel or hospitality interiors. Your specific roles and responsibilities will include working drawings and schedules including model room packages, specification of finishes and FF&E, liaison and workshopping with sub-contractors, review of sub-contractors information and samples, review of operators’ requirements and responsibility for conformance with them as well as review of built works including prototypes, mock-ups and samples. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Autocad, Photoshop and InDesign, a knowledge of Sketchup will be beneficial. There may be a requirement for overseas travel (alone or accompanied) including outside Europe.
We are also seeking a full-time Business Development Coordinator to support our team in securing further high-quality commissions. The role is based mainly in the UK but is responsible for developing and continued business growth internationally and it is possible that occasional travel overseas may be required, from time-to-time, in support of this aim.
