We are hiring! Project Administrator, Senior Interior Designer and BD Coordinator

We are always keen to meet talented individuals interested in joining our practice and are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our London-based team to support a team of architects and designers, for an immediate start. Fluency in English is essential. This is a very busy and varied role. The successful candidate must be proactive and methodical with the ability to prioritise work and learn new programmes as required.

Key activities for our new Project Administrator will include producing expressions of interest, pre-qualification questionnaires and pitches in association with others creating InDesign presentations. Organising travel and visas – domestic and international, copy typing of correspondence, minutes, reports, contract documents, proofreading documents typed by others to ensure correct spelling, grammar and layout. Administering project extranets – including Aconex, A-Site, 4Projects, Sharepoint, Livelink, Buzzsaw, Procore and BIW, uploading and downloading information. Updating the practice’s contacts databases, processing expense claims, relief reception duties, including holiday/sickness/lunch cover, answering overflow telephone calls and emailing messages.

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to work on a range of exciting new projects in our hospitality & interiors studio. A minimum five years’ experience in hotel or hospitality interiors. Your specific roles and responsibilities will include working drawings and schedules including model room packages, specification of finishes and FF&E, liaison and workshopping with sub-contractors, review of sub-contractors information and samples, review of operators’ requirements and responsibility for conformance with them as well as review of built works including prototypes, mock-ups and samples. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Autocad, Photoshop and InDesign, a knowledge of Sketchup will be beneficial. There may be a requirement for overseas travel (alone or accompanied) including outside Europe.

We are also seeking a full-time Business Development Coordinator to support our team in securing further high-quality commissions. The role is based mainly in the UK but is responsible for developing and continued business growth internationally and it is possible that occasional travel overseas may be required, from time-to-time, in support of this aim.
