Following an invited competition, Redrow Homes appointed Jestico + Whiles to develop proposals for a mixed-use scheme at Colindale Gardens, a key site in the regeneration of Colindale.
Central to the design is the variety of character areas around our four buildings. At the heart is the central hub, an urban public square that links Colindale Underground Station to the network of open green spaces in the masterplan.
The scheme will provide over 1200 new homes with a mix of affordable and private housing, as well as over 7000 sqm of non-residential use.
Our proposed scheme offers a new neighbourhood centre with a variety of uses for the local community, including a mix of retail, leisure, nursery and healthcare uses, landscaped public open space and courtyard gardens.
