In 2012 Jestico + Whiles was appointed by Countryside Properties to design homes, retail and community facilities for two parcels of land at Clay Farm, part of the Great Kneighton extension of Cambridge which lies to the south of the city.
The proposal provides more than 2,000 homes of mixed tenure, a new park, schools and a range of sports facilities and support services integrated into the surrounding countryside but with strong connections to the city centre.
