Open Kitchen is a bar and restaurant for the London City Hospitality Centre and was part of a partnership initiative between Hackney Community College, the London Development Agency, and the Worshipful Company of Cooks and Employers.
Jestico + Whiles created an exciting and stylish space in a refurbished and re-branded building, with bold fresh graphics and clean crisp finishes.
The design opened up the existing space to allow for uninterrupted views inside the restaurant and kitchen area, and enhanced views to the rear terrace and courtyard. New large windows with attractive illustrations bring life to the external elevation.
All graphics for the restaurant were designed by Jestico + Whiles, including bespoke wallpaper to the bar and walls, window graphics, and menus.
