Located on the site of a former furniture warehouse, this elegant six-storey building has been meticulously restored into stunning media offices.
The design exploits the natural characteristics of the existing building, creating a workplace with generous daylight that allows each user to control their own environment. Finishes are predominantly transparent, reflective and light in colour. On the entrance level, a ramp leads into the building via a shared reception area.
At roof level, a south-facing reflector suspended below the glass roof directs sunlight into the depths of the building. An inviting atrium, created from a slender disused courtyard, dominates the centre of the building, which functions as an informal meeting place and pulls in fresh air, ventilating the surrounding workspace.
