Jestico + Whiles worked closely with the client to develop the concept of The Butcher’s Dog, a new venue located in Saint Pancras International Station, London.
The Butcher's Dog will showcase British products, aimed at both tourists travelling back to the continent and office workers commuting through the station.
The stripped-back selection of pies and craft beers to be served are focused on locally-sourced products.
The visual identity studio worked to design a tongue-in-cheek logo for the branding, paired with visual elements traditionally associated with old-fashioned British butchers.
