We're really pleased that our 351 Caledonian Road scheme features on the Property Awards 2019 shortlist. The 156-home scheme is up for The Placemaking Award, a category sponsored by U+I.
Our scheme provides new, high-quality and sustainable mixed-tenure homes within an extensive landscaped public amenity. New buildings of between 3 and 6 storeys are designed in an arrangement which ensures that every dwelling in the development has a south-facing view into the Site of Importance for Nature Conservation.
