Planning approved for the final chapter of Greenwich Millennium Village

We’re delighted that the Royal Borough of Greenwich has resolved to grant planning permission for 258 new homes at Greenwich Millennium Village.

Our proposals continue the evolution of the long-established masterplan with a people-first approach, combining new homes with active ground floors, commercial spaces and integrated adventure play to support everyday social life.

New public spaces and a richly planted landscape will help create a welcoming gateway to the wider neighbourhood and the river beyond, while the scheme also incorporates a range of sustainable design measures to reduce carbon emissions.
