Robert Reid

Senior Architect
There's a long list of things I love about my job: office dogs, squiggly sketches, architecture puns, studio playlists, problem solving, happy clients! ”

Robbie joined Jestico + Whiles in 2015, following his studies at University College Dublin and the Oslo School of Architecture & Design. He has since become a key member of the design team, working across higher education & cultural projects.

Working on the Department of Education’s frameworks since 2016, Robbie has been involved in designing and delivering more than ten schools across various programmes, in addition to his work on cultural projects in the UK and abroad.

Robbie is currently undertaking the design and delivery of a masterplan for St Paul’s Girls’ School, one of the UK’s leading independent schools. The project will include a Centre for Design & Innovation, a new typology of building focused on STEM teaching and emerging technologies.

Robbie has led the design of installations & exhibitions for the practice that have been exhibited as part of London Design Festival, London Festival of Architecture and Clerkenwell Design Week. He is also a member of the practice’s digital design group, and a RIBA mentor.
