Jude has worked at Jestico + Whiles for over 20 years and became a Director in 2014.
He has led multi-disciplinary teams on many award-winning education projects, including the Cavendish III Laboratory for the University of Cambridge and the international school Doha College. Jude also plays an active role in the practice’s cultural and heritage portfolio, which has included the refurbishment and creative re-use of significant heritage buildings, including the Foundling Museum and RIBA National award-winning Pitzhanger Manor and Gallery.
Jude enjoys working collaboratively with clients and design teams to deliver a wide range of building types using innovative forms of procurement, focussed on providing high quality outcomes. As the co-author of the book Intelligent Skins, he brings a passionate interest in sustainability and environmental design to his projects.
He has responsibility for finance, legal and operational matters within the practice. Jude has been a university researcher and taught at numerous schools of architecture as a design critic. He currently acts as a mentor for young graduates, and has written and spoken widely about his projects.
