Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead our finance function and play a key role in supporting the practice’s continued success.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with people as well as numbers. You’ll work alongside our Leadership Team, helping to provide financial insight, manage day-to-day financial operations and support strategic decision-making across the business.

We’re looking for a part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with strong management accounting experience. Experience within an architectural practice or professional services environment would be welcome, but we are equally interested in candidates who can bring fresh perspectives from other sectors.

As a friendly, creative and collaborative practice, we value clear communication, initiative and a hands-on approach. You’ll be comfortable working across a broad range of financial responsibilities and able to explain financial information in a straightforward and accessible way to colleagues from non-financial backgrounds. In return, you’ll join a supportive and welcoming team, working in a vibrant studio environment at the heart of Clerkenwell and contributing to projects that make a positive impact on people and places.
