We are delighted to have submitted a full planning application to the London Borough of Harrow for 772 new homes, marking a major milestone in the ongoing transformation of the former Kodak factory site.
Designed in partnership with L&Q, our proposals adopt a streets-first approach to create a vibrant residential quarter. Weaving together pedestrian-friendly garden streets, a civic health centre and flexible commercial spaces, the new neighbourhood is set within 10,000 square metres of accessible public green space.
The architecture and public realm are sprinkled with playful sparks of joy that celebrate the site’s rich legacy of photography and industry. By combining sustainable design measures with generous public amenities, the scheme will deliver characterful homes while championing the wellbeing of the local community.
